Relentless Show – 4/7/12

Another amazing event filled with great performances and a phenomenal audience. IndaStreet Lyfe Music would like to thank each performing act Island Trybe, PO Boxx, JC Flow, Un the Rhyme Hustla, A.K.A. and the venue, Nectar Lounge, we could not have put on this show without you. Big ups to DJ Bebop for spinning the top 100 mash ups and keeping the audience dancing with their amazing concoctions in hand. I noticed some of you double fisting for a much needed night out in the town.

A BIG thank you to my youngest brother, Ryan Foster, for assisting his big brother with his amazing photography skills. The River Continues its Flow

Have you ever heard it said “you can never step into the same river twice”? On the surface it seems a bit incongruous to the mind. But think about it and you’ll see the truth. The river, like life, is ever moving and ever changing. The same water molecules that caressed your body the first time you stepped into it are not the same ones you will meet the next time you take a dip.

And so, like a river, a business changes as it grows and adapts. What starts out as one idea often morphs into another. And in this spirit ISLM and Eric Obina have restructured their relationship. Instead of being a corporate man Eric will once again operate as a free-lancer. With the same mutual goals remaining unchanged. ISLM will continue working with Eric to showcase his talent through live performances and promotion of his music. The river continues its flow!

We look forward to an even better year in 2012 participating in the nascent growth of a very talented musician and performer who hails from the Northwest.
